Ahh where should I start?, I mean day one, application, the process was smooth and not complex Ari was so helpful and laid out everything that you need to know and what would fit you best, I mean she definitely a recommended person to go to, the property is great, wonderful neighborhood. I would stay here all over again, think long of renewing my lease that’s how wonderful here is. 10/10 goo Ari keep doing what your doing.

Since I moved in February this place has done a lot of work to make the external space look nicer and feel more updated! I have made many maintenance requests for repairs and they have gotten much better with quick timely repairs to help my family feel like our hard working money is paying for us to live nicely! The only complaint is other residents being dirty and having to combat cockroaches as well as having only one dumpster for an entire apartment complex that either never works or is piled up like a dump site weekly inviting bugs and rodents!!

Ariya is by far the best leasing agent. She walks me through everything and makes it very easy to understand. She stays on top of everything and solves any issues or concerns may have. I always feel welcomed when I enter the office.

My apartment is quiet and peaceful. I love the access to Starbucks coffee in the clubhouse. Resident events are always fun and family friendly. The office staff is always helpful. Ari is the best leasing agent!
