10X Ormond Beach Apartments

Keturah was so unbelievably kind, she worked with me through the whole process from showing me the unit, to the application process, to the move in! She is so sweet, it’s hard to find good people and she is definitely so patient and sweet! The move in process was so smooth, I am very happy with everything. Unfortunately the gate is not working at the moment and I couldn’t get my amenities card :( but hopefully it will be resolved soon! Other than that 10/10 would recommend I am a very happy new resident, the property is gorgeous and very clean! They do a great job! Maintenance was also super quick with a request I had, so that is also a plus!

All the staff was so nice and welcoming throughout the process of finding an apartment and making sure we had everything we needed upon move in! The clear communication and fast response time truly makes us feel like we matter and we can't wait to spend the next year here!

Trash was piled up for 3-4 days with a second dumpster overflowing. Valet trash has been picked up later and later until it wasn’t done at all. Told the office about specific issues and it wasn’t resolved. Breeze ways aren’t cleaned. Dog stations overflowing consistently and constantly. Pool has been closed for 3 weeks. The speed at which things are taken care of are abysmal. The lack of response in any form of communication makes me wonder why there is an office staff. They will say they will get it taken care of but their non-action speaks for itself.

I had an amazing move in experience and love love love the property ! Great staff and great community ! Would highly recommend! The neighbors are really friendly and they have been super welcoming!

Been here about 2 weeks so far and we love it. The area is lovely and we feel very secure. There's a deadbolt on the inside that is inaccessible from outside and I've never felt safer. Our leasing agent Keturah was very nice and informative. Maintenance people are super quick and communicate everything clearly. I recommend touring because they applied our admin and application fees as a credit towards our move in cost.
