10X Naples

I'm just a regular person who has a great experience, and I look forward to moving in and meeting lots of great people (and dogs)! I had an awesome experience touring this community with Jadyn Brown. She was friendly, knowledgeable and, most importantly, professional. She showed me, and my dog Saul, respect and asked relevant questions so she could determine my needs. She really seemed to care about what I am looking for for this next phase of my life. I am relocating to Naples for work and have looked at many apartments. I wasn’t sure what to expect, when I moved to 10X Naples. Well-known for being a well-run property, the community has far exceeded my expectations with comfort, service, and the highest quality living. The property's maintenance team is one of the standout features of 10X Naples. They are always up to the task: prompt, professional and almost super-efficient. When I asked for something to be done, it was never left for very long, usually sorted out the same day, and their pride in their work is something that sets them apart. It's rare to find a team that not just fixes things, but takes care of the details as well. Coming home stress-free and feeling content has been a huge bonus of living here. Please don’t make the same mistake I did. This apartment complex is infested with German cockroaches and has black mold and sludge everywhere. Management never responds, and communication is awful. I moved in with my newborn baby hoping for a safe place to call home, and it’s been nothing but stress. I even had to stay in hotels every time pest control came because it wasn’t safe for my baby. The girl in the office told me I could come back after four hours, but the paper clearly said in bold letters that newborn babies must stay away for 24 hours due to the chemicals. That shows how careless and uninformed they are. Maintenance never fixes anything right — I’ve been waiting over three months for things to get done. And the trash service? Brigitte, Megan & the team at the leasing office have been incredibly kind and helpful with all of my questions and dealt promptly with any maintenance issues. Definitely one of the more affordable communities in Naples and it’s in the heart of town so you’re only minutes away from all the fun. The screened in porch is massive in every apartment. If you can get a lake view, you won’t regret it!

I’ve had a great experience at 10X Naples. The staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely cares about the community. Any time I’ve reached out, communication has been clear and helpful, which goes a long way. Don’t let the negative Sallys fool you a lot of times people are the loudest when they don’t get the answer they want.
