Outstanding Tour & Professional Leasing Team I recently toured 10X Murano and had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property itself is beautiful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully laid out. You can really tell pride of ownership shows throughout the community. What truly stood out, though, was the professionalism and warmth of the leasing team. Jeanette and Melissa did an exceptional job during the tour. They were welcoming, knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to answer every question thoroughly. They explained the community, amenities, and leasing details clearly, without any pressure, which made the entire experience feel comfortable and genuine. I would not recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for professionalism or respectful treatment. The experience with the leasing agents in the front office has been extremely disappointing. Communication is inconsistent, concerns are brushed off, and residents are often made to feel like an inconvenience rather than valued tenants. Issues that are brought forward are either ignored or poorly handled, and follow-ups rarely happen unless you constantly chase staff for answers. The overall attitude from management comes across as dismissive and unhelpful, which creates unnecessary stress for residents simply trying to resolve normal apartment matters. Customer service should be a priority in housing, but unfortunately that has not been my experience here. I strongly encourage futur
Outstanding staff, very communicative and provided clear instructions before, during, and after move in. Shout out to Jannette Rivera from the leading office for being so helpful, patient, and informative - we’re very grateful for her. The whole community is very welcoming and amenities are great. Very excited for what’s to come this year as a new resident of Murano 10x.
My experience with this apartment complex has been incredibly frustrating, mainly due to how the leasing office operates. The front office staff lack professionalism and consistency when dealing with residents. Simple questions or concerns are often met with attitude, delayed responses, or no response at all. There seems to be very little accountability when problems arise, and communication between management and tenants is poor. Policies appear to be enforced selectively, which creates confusion and an unfair environment for residents. Instead of feeling welcomed or supported, interactions with the leasing agents often feel tense and dismissive. For a place that expects tenants to meet every obligation on time, it would be nice to see the same level of responsibility and respect from the
UPDATE 3: I left in August 2024. It is now November 2025, and I still have not received my refund. I contacted them many times. The last person said they are new management and want to improve things. I explained everything I experienced. Their reply was clearly generated by AI and still had “property name” as a placeholder. When I pointed this out, they stopped responding. UPDATE 2: Your team was not in communication with me. I only discovered the misleading charge after I had already paid, at which point investigated myself. It then took days for your team to provide an explanation, which was entirely inconsistent and made no sense. As for the check, whether it was processed or not is irrelevant. What matters is that I have not received it. UPDATE: I moved out of this place in August 202
