10X Las Olas Walk

Hello everyone! We had a very unpleasant experience at 10x Las Olas. We arrived at 4:20 a.m. and asked for a 3-room apartment. The girl at the leasing office said that they were still closed and she would not show it. Although they work until 5. We are former residents of 10x Weston and there have never been such problems. It was a very unpleasant experience. Although the apartment complex itself is good, there are no complaints - 5 stars 👍 Hello, this is an addendum to the review of my response. We couldn’t be more grateful for the amazing help we received from Beyoncé in finding our new home! After a few months of searching and countless visits every other week, she was always available, patient, and genuinely happy to guide us through the process. No matter how many questions we asked (and we asked a lot!), she answered every single one with care and professionalism. Thanks to her dedication and support, we were able to find the perfect apartment, and we’re so excited to start this next chapter. We truly look forward to loving our new home — all thanks to her!

First time living here so far and I have nothing but good to say. When I first applied for my apartment, my original leasing agent got fired but multiple other agents called me to congratulate and confirm me on my approval (which I found super sweet and supportive). Beyoncé was kind and swift enough to take over my application and walk me through my move-in process. Narilyn and Naisha was also super helpful and friendly to help me understand the policies, guidelines and parking rules of this complex and they even waived a parking fee I got while I was unpacking my belongings due to me not having a vehicle yet to park in the garage. I’ve been living here for 4 years now and absolutely love it! The community is amazing, very friendly and welcoming. Naisha in the leasing office is the best! She’s always super helpful, quick with requests, and just great to work with. If you’re scheduling a tour, make sure to ask for her.

Moved out this place today and couldn’t be more thankful. My time living there has been nothing but chaos: constant fire alarms, barrage of emails, rude front desk staff, lost packages, and countless homeless people sleeping outside the front door (zero security). Management truly doesn’t care about the tenants and it’s sad because the building has so much potential. Think twice before living here and research surrounding properties - there are much better options.
