Take a look if you don't believe me Every building has security lights out Every building has broken and missing sections of gutters The missing gutter sections have caused water erosion in the soil exposing pipes in the ground causing a trip hazard The road perpetually has potholes and no sidewalks so if you have kids it's a bit of a safety issue The pool is usually closed to health violations And management is the most toxic passive aggressive people you've ever met. This place will serve you as a temporary stepping stone only if you're desperate

I want to personally thank Tonya for helping me reschedule my tour after my online booking got rained out. It worked out cause my husband was able to come and see the unit as well. Tonya is very well spoken and clear with everything. She was very kind and I look forward to working with her to get our apartment and becoming harbor cay residents. The property was also very well maintained all around

Went in for a last minute tour today after I inquired about it on the phone and they were happy to help. I was greeted by Tonya and she is such a saint, very kind and welcoming, laid everything out on the table for my girlfriend and I. They’re offering a great deal and I’m absolutely on board. The units have vinyl flooring instead of carpet which is AMAZING, no nightmare stains that you can’t get out, smelled nice and clean, a beautiful patio. I’m looking forward to the application process and hope to be a new resident at 10x Harbour Cay.

Let’s just say the potholes coming in should tell you everything about this place. I’ve been here since 2021 before the new company took over. The old company actually cared about you and this place. Now you have the chance of falling in a pothole when walking your dog since it’s so unbelievably dark (even though we now pay for a community lighting on our monthly bill) to getting a flat since they are so deep. the laundry machines never work and smells horrible since people just don’t care anymore and don’t leave the lids open like they should. The dryers are for show since half of them don’t dry. You’d think since they raised the price of them they would actually work. But of course they blame the company that runs them. Made a maintenance request the other weeks they showed up in a time

I should have trusted my instincts and avoided this place from the start. On move-in day, management was dismissive and rude, even though the issue at hand was their own mistake. While the rent seemed like the "cheapest" option in the area, the apartments are outdated and poorly maintained. Upon moving in, I had to clean out the AC unit, which was full of pet hair from previous tenants, and the kitchen surfaces were filthy. The dishwasher broke during my first week, and despite the friendly maintenance staff fixing it quickly once they arrived, it took management nearly two weeks to respond. Getting in touch with management for other issues, such as billing concerns, was almost impossible—they ignored emails and phone calls, and when I did get through, they were rude and completely unhelp
