This is the worst apartment complex in, Broward County. I have lived here for two years. Eighteen of those months were spent complaining about mold in the washing machine, dryer, bathroom, roaches, etc. I filled out several work orders. They ignored them for months on in. Management simply gives you the runaround. The maintenance workers have stolen, items out of my unit. At the end of my lease, they refused my deposit without giving a valid breakdown of said charges.

Tour guide Valerie was awesome. Gym was very small, prefer larger space & more equipment to avoid an extra cost for LA fitness membership across the street. Community spaces were well kept. Coffee machine is not complimentary. The hallways did not give a good clean impression. The doors leading to garage parking needed maintenance, scratched & could use paint touch up.

Review of 10X Fort Lauderdale I strongly do not recommend this apartment complex. The outdoor furniture throughout the property is in terrible condition — stained, dirty, and rusty. It’s genuinely uncomfortable and unpleasant to even sit down on it. The barbecue area has been out of service for four months, and management has done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. There’s a strong suspicion that they will never reopen it, because the grill area was poorly designed from the start — it’s located in an enclosed courtyard, and the smoke from the grill goes directly into the residents’ windows. That’s likely why they shut it down and are avoiding repairs. Even when residents bring their own barbecue equipment to cook and enjoy a small gathering, management still prohibits its use. So

Today, I visited the 10X Fort Lauderdale rental community in Fort Lauderdale with my client. We were assisted by Alex from the leasing office, who provided excellent customer service. He gave us a full tour of the property, including available units and amenities. Alex was extremely helpful, informative, and professional throughout the visit. We are currently in the process of renting a unit in the building, and the experience so far has been very positive. I highly recommend anyone looking for a rental in the area to stop by and explore the options available at 10X Fort Lauderdale.
