10X Delray

I recently needed some maintenance assistance at 10X Delray, and the experience was outstanding. Dyion from the maintenance team went above and beyond to take care of my requests and made sure everything was handled perfectly. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. Fiona has also been incredibly responsive and helpful every step of the way. It’s clear that the team here genuinely cares about residents and works hard to create a positive living experience. Highly recommend!

Wonderful place to live. Beautiful surroundings amazing upkeep. But best of all the staff Chrissy, Valerie, Johnathan, and Fiona! Always going the extra mile to help and make the residents living experience unmatched. I highly recommend to live there.

Fiona did a phenomenal job helping my daughter find just the right apartment and get moved in. We asked the near-impossible: find an apartment in one day and get moved in the next, and Fiona made it happen! She was super pleasant and efficient throughout and responded quickly to our many questions. She honestly made it the best and easiest rental experience ever!
