We have been impressed beyond our expectations here. They have a great property manager here. Courtney is super responsive and knowledgeable. The maintenance team is great as well. We truly love living here!

If you asked before new management (Tribridge Residential) took over, I would have given 4 or 5 stars. No place is perfect, but I genuinely loved living here for years and planned on living here for more. This is no longer true. The new management takeover has been sloppy, confusing, and all around poorly done. Current tenants who have leases signed with the previous property management company are now being charged new fees that are not in our lease, which is against the law. There is trash and dog poop absolutely everywhere. Thank God they kept our maintenance team, who are truly wonderful and great at what they do, but it seems like they are getting a lot of new work added to their plate. When I tell you, Victoria is the best she showed me the apartments. I wanted to see there was no hesitation. There was no attitude. This Leasing team is phenomenal. And Ms. Catrice, she didn’t tour me but her presence speaks for it self so happy and jolly. The apartment was beautiful, very artsy and great for decorating.

Use to be such a great community to live in. The old management team were absolute gems. I use to recommend this place to any of my friends apartment hunting. NOT ANYMORE. This new ownership is the most incompetent management I’ve ever had the displeasure of dealing with. Corporate greed starts at the top, but that doesn’t mean the people interacting with the tenants need to be unhelpful, and frankly rude. I cannot WAIT until my lease is over. All of the previous reviews are 100% true. Taking away free parking for guest in a garage that has always been free is greedy. Making tenants pay $300 a year for parking in a garage that’s always been free is abysmal. Been here since 2015 and I’ve loved living here. New management has made the rollout a complete mess. Parking has been a problem with Metropolis (new garage management). I was charged incorrectly, got refunded, and then got hit with 2 additional incorrect charges recently. Residents should check their accounts closely. The “tapless” parking system was supposed to improve safety, but it hasn’t. Cars regularly follow people into the garage and there’s zero enforcement. It does not feel safER at all. On top of that, residents have gotten multiple emails about utilities, pest control, trash, and a new $15 “Risk Management Fee” being posted, reversed, then labeled “reversed in error” and added back again.
