No one has any clue as to who is in charge, nor can they provide correct information when they do communicate. - Dishwasher down for two months. - Phone calls into the management company went ignored for a week. Voicemail was full because the current manager left the company. - After he left, and the phone was FINALLY re-routed, they went to a property that is no longer run by Pacific Living. - Outdoor locks were to be replaced, for safety reasons, but never were. - Maintenance entered the apartment without notice, or even knocking. Complained that to the manager--he said he would speak to him. - Tub still needs resurfacing after having been replaced in Feb. Began complaining withi

PLEASE READ IF CONSIDERING: This has been the worst living experience of my life. From roaches on the floors to terrible/negligent management by pacific living properties and Olivia Spurrier. They intentionally neglect to follow up on any inquiries, maintenance request etc. They’ll also try and incentivize you to resign by doing everything in their power to hold you accountable for rent after your lease expires and you choose to notify them of that you’re vacating. Not to mention, units look renovated on their website, but it’s just the sinks, kitchen, partial bathroom. The rest is similar to the rest of the building, outdated and unsanitary. Recently moved in and I honestly have to say it’s been the worst renting experience. I haven’t been able to get any sleep since moving in due to conversations/ Loud stomping noises from other units.. I’ve never broken a rental agreement but I’m deeply considering it, it’s just miserable and impossible to stay here in this apartment.

I personally feel the rent is too high for the quality of the place, service personnel and amenities (there are none). My mistake for being in a hurry and not taking a closer look before signing, but you can almost certainly do better for your money and possibly with property owners that seem to at least pretend they care about your satisfaction. Unit: The kitchen & bathroom are lightly redone with new solid surface countertops and tile flooring. The unit has hardwood otherwise, with the exception of the bedroom which is carpet. The carpet was not particularly clean when we moved in and neither was the unit in general.
