Security: Bikes have been stolen from the "secure" bike area at least three times since I've moved in 6 months ago. The last time the bikes wires were cut, and they have not been replaced. Do not let bike storage be a pro if you're thinking about moving in. I've alerted the issue to the staff, who could not appear to care any less and just said, "nobody else has reported this." K? I am reporting it...? Should probably take bike racks off the list of amenities since they've been cut. The secure mailboxes were also broken in to. There's no security cameras outside, so just know your stuff is up for grabs. Maintenance: hit-or-miss, but I haven't needed much since I moved in, and the fixes have been good for the stuff I did. Jim fixed our lock over a couple visits with promptness and professionalism. There was understandably a decent amount of trouble-shooting involved with figuring out why the key pad to our apartment’s motor stopped working with our codes and he kept us in the loop every step of the way. I especially appreciated him making time to come over in a few-hour-window I had open to be present, since our dog roams the place and I didn’t want to have to kennel her for hours and hours while away. My confidence in our Red Peak rental future has increased thanks to Jim’s kindness and creative problem solving.

Shelby was great in assisting with the move in process. Though at first some of the information was scattered by redpeak, she was prompt in answering all the questions I had and I had a very smooth move-in process overall. There was a slight hiccup with someone else in the parking spot I am paying for - not only did Shelby get to the bottom of why it was happening but I was even prorated a portion of parking for the time it was inaccessible! So far the work orders I've placed have been hit or miss but I've had no major issues. Quiet space and respectful neighbors, I've enjoyed living here so far.

Doesn’t address maintenance requests. Knowingly forces residents to live in flooding apartments despite a legal obligation to provide a safe and comfortable living environment (the bare minimum tbh). This place is disturbingly cold and uncaring toward resident issues.

Save yourself a headache and find somewhere else to live. Incompetent at addressing major maintenance issues. Will give you a deflecting answer but no action. 4 weeks later, apartment floor still covers with water when it rains or snows.
