1 True North Home Inspections

We hired True North to do our Home Inspection in Lovettsville. The home we purchased is only 2 years old so I didn't suspect any major problems but I thought it made sense to hire a Home Inspector to have reassurance that there wasn't any defects and to familiarize ourselves with the house. 7 months in and we had a shocking revelation... Our bathroom in the basement is a "pump up" toilet. Something that normally would only be installed in a post construction remodeling where the plumbing was not installed below the slab of the basement. I've been in many many new construction homes and to have a "pump up" toilet in the basement is Highly unusual. At no point did our inspector point this out to us during the inspection or in the report. He seemed to be rushing to get the inspection
